I stopped numbing and started fixing—one tough, disciplined habit at a time.
Cold showers. 
Morning wake-up. Training. Writing. Silence.
No porn. No 
bottomless scrolling. No more running from the pain.

And gradually… the man I was perished.

And in his place, something better started to awaken.
